My main responsibility is the success of Lidl Plus in Finland. Together with the CRM team we surprise our customers on a daily basis with great features, relevant communication and helpful additional services in the app. We develop the program further with an international innovative group of colleagues from Lidl Digital. The goal is to increase loyalty between our customers and us so that Lidl would become the first choice to shop. The tasks and my role include also the support of our social media team with the systems and software they use for SoMe as well as the coordination of the SoMe strategy.
Key results and experiences:

📲 Over 500 000 Finnish people registered as Lidl Plus customers during the first live month
🆠4th most downloaded app in the Finnish App Store in 2020 after Covid-19 tracker, Teams and TikTok
✅ Launched multiple new features such as a bonus program called Bonuskuponki and a Roulette game
💪 Built a new team and a department as well as participated in a 6-month leadership program
🚀 High level of hands on knowledge from Salesforce & Marketing Cloud, Social Studio, Marketing Hub, Jira as well as other CRM & project management tools
💡 Created and implemented workflows and processes related to content creation of the loyalty program, marketing activities, sales processes and customer support together with various departments
The digital team of Lidl Finland is responsible for building bridges between the online and offline world. Our team helps other people in the organization to understand technology and together with experts from various teams we are transforming the way Lidl operates in Finland.
The first digital projects at Lidl Finland include our own pilot online shop sportyfeel.fi, Smartpost and Smartmile parcel points as well as supporting and setting up a cross-disciplinary social media & social listening team. We collaborate and communicate with Lidl Digital International to bring more digital services and innovations to the Finnish market in the future.

INTERNATIONAL TRAINEE
At Dream Broker we revolutionized communication, collaboration and learning with online videos. As an Account Executive I managed around 60 customers and helped them to succeed with online video.
A day at Dream Broker consisted of inspiring our clients to create, edit and share videos as well as expanding the usage of our software with them. This included collaboration in technical integrations and training the users of Dream Broker Studio.
Together with my clients we for example changed the way new employees were trained, brought management closer to people in the organization through internal mobile video channels and visualized new service concepts with on-demand video channels.

I was selected from our school to do a 2 weeks job training session for the biggest newspaper in Finland. I wrote an article and also took the photos in it. We also did 3 different gallup polls and helped the journalists in their daily work.
I was a summer trainee in Hiekkaharju Manor for 2 months. My tasks included gardening, maintenance of the facilities and assisting events.
The brakeman of The Linnanmäki Roller Coaster. The speciality of this coaster that opened 1951 is an on-board brakeman who stands at the back of the car.

Designed and produced a guide for international workers. Took care of a video project.
Interviewed students who want to go as an exchange student. Took care of the orientation process and held lectures about STS (Student travel schools) as an organisation. I also interviewed families willing to take an exchange student to their home.
I spent the summer of 2013 in Hong Kong working with 3 tasks during my internship. These tasks included the following:
- Assisting the sales and quality team with their daily activities
- Communications and marketing related activities (catalogues, presentations and new content for website)
- Strategic projects including screening various markets and entertainment concepts
Before the internship I had the opportunity to use Egmont Sourcing Hong Kong as a reference case in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in my course ''Marketing in China''. In this course our group presented opportunities for the company to enlarge their sales in tier 3 and 4 cities in China.
The association of Oulu Business School students has over 1600 members. As the Chairman of the board I worked with 9 inspiring people who all had their own specific role in the board. The board is also responsible for the 7 committees Finanssi has.
The experience taught me about management, leadership, motivating employees, branding, event marketing, lobbying, budgeting, non-profits and about listening to people and creating the best results with them in a team.
Big projects of the year:
- Creating a long-term strategy for Finanssi with a vision, mission and values
- Establishing Fixindex oy, the company in charge of all profit-seeking activities of Finanssi
- Improved communication significantly to members of Finanssi
During my employment at OP I had the opportunity to work in a team that develops a mobile wallet called Pivo (Pivo Wallet). My main tasks included producing and developing content and measuring the effect of it in different Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. The tasks at Pivo also included communication of the brand, event marketing and developing new concepts for the application.
